De retour de la mission au Pérou. Pendant les 7 jours, nous avons reçu 2 647 patients dont plusieurs enfants. Merci à toute l’équipe qui a bien su œuvrer ensemble pour répondre aux besoins des gens dans le besoin. Soulignons l’apport important d’anciens de l’Université de Waterloo. Sur 8 optométristes, 6 étaient des anciens de Waterloo qui avaient participé comme étudiants à une mission.

Back from the Peru mission. During the 7 days, we received 2,647 patients many being children and teenagers. Thanks to the team, who worked together to respond to the needs of those in need. I would also like to underscore the important contribution of former Waterloo students. Of the 8 ODs, 6 were former Waterloo students who had participated as students on a prior missions.
